The conversation costs nothing, and we're genuinely happy to provide guidance even if the timing isn't right for you to join immediately. We'd rather talk to someone who's passionate and teachable but inexperienced than miss out on future talent because they assumed they weren't ready.

We'll review your introduction and portfolio within a week and get back to you either way. If we see potential alignment, we'll set up an introductory chat and start the conversation about how you might fit into the Collective. If we don't think it's the right match currently, we'll let you know respectfully and potentially suggest when to check back in if you're continuing to develop your skills.

The process from there varies based on the role, but generally includes a conversation, a trial project or shadow day, and if everything aligns, onboarding into the Collective community.
