All of our packages start at 10 hours of coverage because that's what most full wedding days require. However, if you're having an intimate celebration, an elopement, or simply don't need 10 hours, we're happy to create a customized proposal that works for your specific timeline and budget. We'll show you relevant work from our portfolio, explain our approach in detail, answer any questions you have about process or pricing or anything else, and help you understand what working with us would actually be like. If we're aligned and you want to move forward, we'll create a customized proposal specifically for your wedding. Once you're booked, you'll receive a welcome email with resources: timeline template suggestions, tips for engagement sessions, what to expect as you get closer to the wedding, and a reminder that we're available anytime you have questions. In the months leading up to your wedding, we'll check in at meaningful milestones. A few months out, we'll start talking about timeline in more detail. About a month before your wedding, we'll have a detailed planning call or meeting to finalize everything. We'll also coordinate with your planner and other vendors as needed to ensure everyone's on the same page.

We arrive early, typically 30 to 45 minutes before our contracted start time, to scout locations, assess lighting, and be completely ready when coverage begins. From that point forward, we're fully present and focused on capturing your celebration. If you've included our content creation package, you'll receive sneak peek photos and social media content within one week of your wedding.

After your wedding, we begin the meticulous editing process. We're curating your gallery to include only images that meet our quality bar and tell your story comprehensively. We're editing your video footage into cinematic films that capture the emotion and beauty of your day.This process takes 10 to 12 weeks because we refuse to rush perfection. Your memories deserve our best work, which requires time and focused attention.

When your gallery and films are ready, you'll receive an email with login information to your personal online gallery. Your films will be available for download or streaming. But our relationship doesn't end with delivery. We stay in touch, celebrating your anniversaries, cheering on your life milestones, and remaining available if you need anything related to your photos or films.
